Stockbridge Caves - Bob M & Jolly

Big Three: - Arc Blast rode perfect.. so far no reason to think the lumbar pad would be needed - The Robic Half Wit continues to annoy me with sliding around. No matter how high I hang the foot end I still slide too far to the foot.
- HG Standard was a joy.

Cooking: - Iso Butane was sputtering due to the low temps; consider the Moulder Mod or just go alcohol - Couldn't put the the 850 in the fire because I had had the carbon fiber lid... should bring the Ti lid if there is chance of having a regular fire -

Food: - had a huge breakfast on Saturday and ate only soup for dinner. - The fancy Ramen was so slippery I couldn't spoon it.. stick to cheap Ramen - As always... too much food

Clothing - Feet were freezing. Firetails are NOT suitable for winter; Need heavier boots and winter gaiters. - Microspikes were essential; one came apart on the hike out on Sunday. Should be an easy fix. - all other clothing worked fine - melted a hole in the bottom of Wright Socks.. need to replace - Other Items: - Worth carrying the Alite Chair in this weather. Especially considering the low pack weight - Qwickback worked fine and is always a conversation piece, but sitting on the floor or on a log around the fire is tiring - Tree table.. not needed since we stayed around the fire - Iphone continues to disappoint... batter life is shot and it fails at lower temps
