This is mostly for off trail trips in rugged 3 season conditions where temperatures can be from around 20-30 degrees Celsius during the day to -1 to -6 during the night. Very high winds/cold sustained rain is usually very common on my trips. For reference, I am 176 cm and weigh usually around 76-78 kg very lean.
Everything is weighed by me on my scale. I leave some things at home depending on the conditions, unused items are therefor marked as 0. I'm using my trekking poles 80% of the time, that's why I mark them as bw.
