I'd describe this as a rather comfortable (Ultra)light list.
Good for 20F / -7C nights.

Ignoring the camera makes this a 12lb / 5.5kg setup.

Zero qty for worn items, so that the categories total values areen't off - Doesn't influence Base Weight, only total.

Base Weight = Everything on by back that is not the minimum clothing on my body (or trekking poles in my hands) or a consumable which is used up during one week (fuel + toilet paper).

Personal Notes

  • Pillow dry bag stored in top with clothing maybe needed additionaly for the day (puffy, gloves)
  • Tenacious Tape was a little too "thick" to patch my 7D (?) Arc'treryx Cerilum LT. It still works but is kinda stiff... I'd prefer some "softer" / thinner patch
  • Waterproof overmitts: If submerged under water after some time they will get wet and water gets through... while hiking no problem if water can’t run I to them from the opening.
  • Leukotape is sticked onto baking-paper-sheets/sticker paper two sided. Tried to roll it around itself but it kept sticking to itself so hard it was impossible to get it off and use it. Baking-paper wax might make it a little bit les sticky but when testing it still held up 2-3 days
