Colder temps swap
If temps are slightly colder (e.g. late winter/early spring, max low around -4C/25F), then I pack my SOL Escape Lite bivy (used over my quilt), EE Sidekicks sleep socks, sit mat swapped for Thermarest sit mat (R 2.1), Borah vest swapped with an EE Torrid jacket, and swap in thicker merino hiking socks. All this adds 420g/14.8oz to my BPW.
