How To Pack:

  1. Insert Rolltop Stuff Sack, or any liner of your choice.
  2. Place your quilt, pillow, and sleeping pad into the stuff sack.
  3. Insert your clothes into the HMG Pod.
  4. Place the pod into the stuff sack and close the stuff sack.
  5. Insert your food into your food bag.
  6. Insert your throw rope into your rock bag.
  7. Place the rock bag into the food bag.
  8. Position the food bag up against your bag inside the pack.
  9. Insert your stove, pot stand, fuel, and spork into your pot.
  10. Secure the lid to the pot with an elastic band.
  11. Place your pot in it's carrying bag, and insert it in your pack behind the food bag.
  12. Place your phone, charger and cable, toothbrush, headlamp, and knife in your ditty bag.
  13. Insert your ditty bag as close to your back as possible.
  14. Place your tent, rain fly, footprint, and stakes all into the tent's stuff sack.
  15. Place your tent either horizontal or vertical inside your backpack.
  16. Place your trowel and toilet paper, as well as a alcohol wipes inside a Ziploc bag.
  17. Place your poop kit in the main outside pocket of your backpack.
  18. Place your tenacious tape inside your medical kit, and place your med kit in the main outside pocket.
  19. Place any water proof clothes in the main compartment, such as rain jackets or rain pants.
  20. Fill your two water bottles and place them in the side pockets of your pack.
  21. Place your two trekking poles in the side pockets of your pack, next to your water.
  22. Fill up your Katadyn BeFree, and connect it to your Aquaclip.
  23. Connect your Aquaclip to one of the shoulder straps on your backpack.
  24. Using a carabiner, connect your Garmin InReach Mini to the opposite shoulder strap.
  25. If hiking near dark, move the headlamp to one of your hip pockets.
  26. Place any snacks for the trail in the hip pockets.
