Other Notes:
- If you need to contact me, you can do so through my Garmin by replying to the text message that my Garmin sends when I start my trip. Please be aware that each text message sent or received by my Garmin costs me 50 cents, so keep it brief.
- NLT end date and time is the time at which you should contact emergency services if you haven't heard from me. Before you do, try to contact me first using my Garmin. Send a message every 30 minutes for 3 hours. If you still haven't heard from me, then you can call emergency services.
- If you contact emergency services, give them all of the information that I gave you here. Also give them my blood type (O+) and my last known exact GPS coordinate. You can find it by opening up my MapShare link.
