This is an ultra-budget gear list for 3-seasons, and not too rainy or windy (tent rated for max 40 kmh winds / 25 mph).

It is focused on things you can buy in Europe, not America, and more specifically France (Decathlon and go-sport)

I did not consider items from aliexpress (which can be good and cheap) due to reports on reddit.com/r/aliexpress that shipping is taking 2 to 5 months because of COVID19 issues.

For summer, drop the inflatable pad and 1 sleeping bag, use the other sleeping bag as a quilt, significantly drops the weight. But is less comfortable.

Consider replacing the tent stakes with lighter, stronger ones like the MSR Groundhog (minis or not). Tent stakes are something you will always need even if you replace this tent, so they are a good purchase.

Consider learning Andrew Skurka's method for guylines, and cutting and removing all the plastic bits from the tent. You will have a better system, more adjustable, and more slightly lightweight. https://andrewskurka.com/guyline-tension-system-backpacking-tents-tarps-hammocks/

YOLO: The sleeping bag is 220 cm or 7.2 feet. Consider sewing a new bottom higher up and dropping some weight, but it is risky.

You can cut the foam, to make yourself a frame to a frameless backpack, to make yourself a sitting pad, or to just make it shorter if you don't use it all.
