This setup is 7lbs base weight, but misses nothing on comfort.

Full rundown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-N-bt334iU

Tent - Well vented, can fit a 6'4" person and a 30in wide mattress; storm worthy pyramid shape that has decent walls for surprise snow.

Backpack - Metal framing and huge cushioning from the KS40 from KS Ultralight, at only 16oz. No need to get a 32oz backpack when all I'll ever carry is 27lbs.

Quilt (w/Down Balaclava) - Conservatively rated quilt, combined with a sleeping balaclava that covers everything but the mouth and nostrils.

Air Mattress - 20in wide is not enough for a mattress, this one is 25in so your elbows do not fall off and you can toss and turn as you would at home. I also have a backup 1/8in CCF pad that adds warmth.

Stove Set - At 3oz it's the lightest durable alcohol setup I have seen. Beer can pots break too easily.

Puffy Jacket - 3.3oz of insulation and hand pockets.

Extra sleep clothes and gloves.
